  • If you wish to raise a concern about a registrant in Welsh, you can do so via the Welsh language version of our online ‘Raise a concern’ form. Other forms aimed at members of the public are also available bilingually. 
  • We also provide guidance on how to raise a concern about a registrant in Welsh.
