  • Compliance with the Welsh Language Standards is a cross-organisational responsibility supported by our Senior Management Team and the Welsh Language Sponsor who is currently the Director of Strategic Communications and Engagement. 
  • Monitoring, reporting and quality assurance are cross-organisational responsibilities.
  • We will oversee and monitor compliance through audits, reviews, feedback from customers and stakeholders, quality assurance checks, and the outcomes of any complaints or comments submitted to us or the Welsh Language Commissioner. 
  • We will also publish an annual report on our website, with input from relevant teams.
