Speaker request form

We welcome requests for our staff or our Chair to speak at events relating to the medical profession and to healthcare more generally.

If you'd like to request a speaker, please complete the form below in full and as clearly and accurately as possible – please don't contact individual GMC staff directly.

Our staff wellbeing is our main priority therefore our speakers reserve the right to remove themselves from an environment if they deemed it to be unsafe. In these circumstances we cannot guarantee that an alternative speaker will be available.

Give us as much notice as possible, ideally submitting the form at least three months before your event. We will accept requests at shorter notice, but may not be able to accommodate them.

We receive a large volume of speaker requests, and unfortunately can't meet every request. If you're requesting for a specific person to speak and they are not available, we'll try to offer a suitable alternative speaker if we can. 

We aim to get a decision back to you as soon as possible, and within three weeks at the latest.
