  • If you write us a letter or e-mail you can do so in Welsh. We will reply in Welsh, with no additional delay. 
  • When we send or receive letters or e-mails bilingually, we will not treat the Welsh language less favourably than English.
  • In our correspondence and publications, we will state clearly that we welcome communications in Welsh. 
  • When we proactively send email correspondence to groups of individuals that may include individuals residing in Wales, we will send these bilingually. All new subscribers to our mailing lists will be asked to share their language preference so we can offer the best user experience.
