Submitting an evaluation

Marking an evaluation as complete

When you have finished assessing an evaluation and have uploaded your completed evaluation form, the evaluation needs to be marked as complete. This should only be done by Royal College or Faculty staff and not evaluators. If you are an evaluator please liaise with your Royal College/Faculty for advice on how to submit your evaluation.

To mark the evaluation as complete, click the submit evaluation link.

Choose the required option in the recommendation outcome field, then click submit.

This stops the timer on the evaluation and makes it read only.

If you go to the view of the evaluation, you can now see your recommendation. Once we have made our decision, this view will be updated with this information.
