Staff networks
Our staff networks will give you the opportunity to meet like-minded people across the organisation to share information, experiences, and ideas. Network members also raise money for charity where they can.
The Business Support Network shares best practice and organises training for colleagues working in admin or support roles.
The Christian Network supports Christian colleagues and those with an interest in Christianity, to network and share experiences.

The First Aiders Network comprises first aid volunteers across all GMC offices, who share expertise on first aid techniques, ideas, and experiences.
The Jewish Network encourages colleagues to celebrate their Jewish heritage and beliefs and educate and advise colleagues from different backgrounds about Judaism.
The LGBTQ+ Network provides a space where LGBTQ+ colleagues share their experiences and feel supported by a community to be their authentic selves. The network helps us make sure we are an inclusive and supportive employer for all.
The Mental Health Network fosters discussions and the sharing of views and experiences on mental health. It aims to reduce the stigma of mental illness and to create a culture of respect and understanding for everyone.

The Parents and Carers Network promotes and raises awareness of the issues that carers face, at work or beyond. They connect around similar challenges and share experiences, advice and information.
The Women’s Network is a supportive and vibrant space for women to come together, share their knowledge and experiences and take part in common activities.
Groups
Our Green Group helps us identify ways to reduce our carbon footprint by exploring sustainable alternatives, eg by reducing use of resources and improving recycling facilities.
Our People Forum comprises elected representatives from different areas of the organisation, who bring items from their colleagues for discussion with senior management, aiming to bring about positive change.
The Social Committee organises and encourages fun activities so everyone feels more engaged and socially connected.
