Contact the information access team
If you would like any advice or assistance about your rights under Data Protection Act or the Freedom of Information Act please contact us.
If you want to make a request to see the personal information we hold about you please put it in writing to us. It would be helpful if you clearly mark your correspondence “Subject Access Request”.
If you want to make a request for any other information we hold please check our publication scheme first to see if the information you want is already available on our website. If you cannot find what you are looking for in the publication scheme then send us a request for information in writing, by email or fax. Again, it would be very helpful if you mark your correspondence “Freedom of Information”.
