Patients' help - Handling complaints - Interim orders panel

At any stage in the process we may refer the doctor to an Interim Orders Panel (IOP) of the Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service.

The IOP has the power to suspend or impose conditions on the doctor’s registration while the investigation continues.
