Your annual retention fee (ARF) stops accruing once we receive your application. We will refund any unused part of your ARF once your application is granted if you are in credit.

If your ARF is overdue, you will have to pay any outstanding balance before we can grant your application.

We will let you know whether you need to pay any outstanding fee once we have assessed your application.

You can choose a preferred end date up to three months in the future, but we cannot backdate your application.
