We won't intervene to resolve concerns that should be raised locally with your PA or AA course provider. However, we will take issues into consideration if they affect patient or student safety or if we decide that the issue means our standards are not being met.

We can't intervene in any individual complaints or contest any decisions made by the PA or AA course provider. If you're not satisfied with your course providers response to your complaint, you may wish to escalate to your university, or inform the Office of the Independent Adjudicator for Higher Education.
