After you raise a concern with us
We'll investigate your complaint by checking the evidence we hold. This includes the national training survey results, to see if the issues in your complaint have already been highlighted.
If we are satisfied that the issues are being monitored through existing systems and appropriate action is being completed, we will send you the relevant information.
If your complaint raises a new concern that we are not aware of we will contact the relevant medical school or postgraduate training organisation. We will make sure they are aware of the concern and are taking appropriate action. If we are satisfied this is being done no further action will be taken by us.
If we are not satisfied with the action, we will monitor the concern through our Quality Reporting System or enhanced monitoring. In both cases we will contact you to let you know.
