When will you be assessed?
Setting a date for your assessment
Once you've agreed to the assessment and provided the information we need, we'll appoint an assessment team. It can take several weeks to appoint assessors and set the dates for your assessment.
We'll contact you as soon as we've set a date.
Before we set the dates, we'll ask you about any upcoming commitments. If you're going to be out of the UK, we'll ask when you plan to return. We'll take these details into account when choosing the dates so if your plans change you should let us know as soon as possible.
Once we've set the assessment dates, we can't reschedule the assessment unless there are exceptional circumstances.
