Our Executive Board takes forward our operational work, managing our day to day activities.

They work in line with our statutory purpose. According to the strategic aims, business plan, policies and schedule of delegated authority agreed by Council. The board gives strategic direction, scrutiny and reporting to Council. Making significant decisions about policy, strategy, finance, performance, operational delivery and resources.
