Regulating doctors, ensuring good medical practice

Memoranda of understanding

We have signed memoranda of understanding with some organisations to help us work together effectively and efficiently to protect, promote, and maintain the health and safety of the public.

A MoU is an agreed framework for cooperation and collaboration between organisations. It does not affect statutory functions or amend any other policies or agreements already in place.

Please note that a number of these MOU's are currently undergoing review. If you require further information please contact Shane Carmichael at the GMC.
