If we can’t grant your application, we'll get in touch to tell you why or to ask for further information.

Your registration will be removed on the day your application is granted and we will send you notice of this.

Please do not assume that your registration has been removed until we send you confirmation.

Until 13 December 2026, the need to hold GMC registration to work as a PA or AA in the UK is at the discretion of your employer. You must make sure you have the appropriate registration status for any work you carry out.
