Give up your registration guide for physician associates and anaesthesia associates 

You’ll need to apply to give up your registration as a physician associate (PA) or anaesthesia associate (AA). 

Giving up your registration (voluntary removal) means that your name will remain on our online register but with the status ‘not registered – registrant requested removal’.

Your registration may be removed from the day your request is received. You should make sure you no longer need your registration before applying.
