When you apply, we’ll ask you to provide details of the following or confirm:
- Your PA qualification
- Your GMC approved registration assessment
- Your registration and licensing history (if relevant)
- Your work history (if relevant)
- Employer references and regulator references (if relevant)
- A fitness to practise declaration
- An indemnity and insurance declaration
We’ll also ask you to complete an identity check as part of the application process.
