You must make your own identity checks when you employ a PA or AA. For example, ask them for their original passport or identity card.

Confirmation that a PA or AA is registered with us is not proof of identity.

PAs and AAs who join or re-enter the register complete an identity check as part of the application process.

We hold photographs of all applicants.

You can contact us for a copy of the photo held on our system. Please give us an email address where we can send the photo. We aim to respond to all enquiries within four working days.
