We’re grateful to everyone who took part in our consultation. We received a total of 3,011 responses from 2,930 individuals and 81 organisations. You can find a detailed breakdown of the profile of respondents in Part 2 and Annex B of the report.

The consultation was supported by engagement with stakeholders and other audiences before and during the consultation.

We also commissioned independent research to explore the views of patients and the public on the upcoming changes.  It focused particularly on the introduction of PA and AA regulation.
