Your portal screen
Once you’ve logged into your secure portal, you’ll see the following screen. To help you get to grips with your homescreen we’ve grouped it into three main areas to understand.
1 Portal navigation
- Home – select at any point to return to your secure portal homepage
- Upload File – for our use, to upload files onto the secure portal. You won’t need to upload files.
- Change Password – to change your password
- Sign Off – to securely log out of your portal select this once you have finished your session.
2 Home directory folder
This folder will be blank. As an external subscriber, you don’t need to use this.
3 Group folders
This is where you’ll find the medical register files from the last seven days.
