If details on our registers are incorrect

If you need to change or update how your record appears on our registers, please get in touch. We may need you to send us evidence before we can make any changes.

Informing us that a doctor, physician associate (PA) or anaesthesia associate (AA) has died

If you are aware that a doctor, PA or AA has passed away, please contact us to let us know.

Having this information means we can cancel their annual fee, stop any letters and emails from being sent to their address and update their record on our registers. 

In some cases, we will require a death certificate – we'll let you know what we need when you get in touch.
