How do I update my GMC Online account?
If you’ve not used your GMC Online account since 31 August 2021, you need to update your account before you can log in.
To do this:
- Go to GMC Online via Chrome, Edge Safari or Firefox.
- Log into your account by entering your GMC reference number and password. Please do not create a new account.
- Enter the email address we hold on our records for you and a new password.
- We’ll then email you a six-digit code to validate your updated account.
- If you don’t receive the six-digit code immediately, check all your email folders, including spam or junk. Your code will only be valid for 20 minutes, after which you’ll need to request a new one.
- You can then log into your account using your GMC reference number, and password.
Forgotten your password or having trouble?
If you can’t remember your password, you should click on the ‘forgot password’ link and follow the instructions on screen.
