Applying

Once you have collated your evidence, please email us on portfolio@gmc-uk.org to request an application form. Please state the specialty you wish to apply in and provide a copy of your CV.

Once we've confirmed that your specialty is appropriate, we'll provide you with an application form. 

Completing the form

The application form is a fillable PDF and there is information in this form on how you should complete it. We won’t be able to process your application until we receive your fee. You should submit the form by email once completed.
