  6. The AA Registration Assessment (AARA)

We aim to carry out an initial assessment within ten working days of receiving your application.

After we have assessed your application, we’ll let you know if we need any further information or additional evidence to support your application. If you do not respond to our enquiries or provide the requested evidence, we may refuse to make a decision and close your application, or we may refuse your application.

We will keep you up to date throughout the progress of your application by email. If you haven’t heard from us in the last 10 working days and need an update on your application, you can email us at PAAAapps@gmc-uk.org.

The information you provide in your application is valid for three months. This is the maximum we can keep your application open.
