Glossary V1 2. He shall notify the GMC promptly of any professional appointment he accepts and provide the GMC with the contact details of his employer, whether in the UK or overseas. Professional appointment means any appointment requiring registration with the GMC and any other appointment where his opinion may be sought or provided in respect of matters pertaining to the first undertaking.
