Memorable word
The first time you log in to MyGMC, you will be asked to choose a memorable word (for example a pet's name) and a hint, or a question to help you remember this should you forget (for example 'What is my pet's name?'). You should try to use something that will not change over time (for example your favourite food might change). Please make sure that your hint or question will make sense to you in the future.
We will use this memorable information to identify you for some transactions, such as changing your password.
If you have previously entered memorable information, you will still need to provide a new memorable word here. This will replace the five questions and answers that you entered before. Following a security review and taking into account feedback from doctors, we have improved our security to make it easier for you to use.
