Certificate of Eligibility for Specialist Registration or Certificate of Eligibility for GP Registration application
This guide is for doctors who haven’t completed a GMC approved programme of training. But, you can show you have knowledge, skills and experience equivalent to the approved curriculum for your specialty.
It explains how you may be able to apply for a Certificate of Eligibility for Specialist Registration (CESR) or Certificate of Eligibility for General Practice Registration (CEGPR).
You'll need to prepare evidence before submitting your application. And it can take over six months to process, so it’s really important you read this guidance to support your application.
