Giving evidence 

You only need to give evidence to show you’ve met the recommended adaptation period. This is outlined in your original application. 

This could be evidence you've:

  • not previously submitted that addresses the recommended adaptation period
  • completed the training set out in the recommended adaptation period

You can also apply if you think that there’s been a procedural error or other unfairness in the way we processed your application or made our decision. This should be clearly stated on your application as a procedural error.

Any comments you wish to add to your reassessment application that do not relate to the recommended adaptation period, you can enter these in the additional comments box on the application form.
