Medical registration process - text alternative

1. Starting at the top of the flowchart: "Read our guidance" (Applicant action).
2. Downward arrow to: "Apply online, attaching your evidence" (Applicant action).
3. Downward arrow to: "Once we've received your application, we aim to assess it within 5 working days" (GMC action).
4. Downward to a decision point: "Further evidence required?" with two outcomes.
   • If "No," a direct arrow leads to "Application complete" (GMC action). This is list item 5 in the numbered list.
   • If "Yes," an arrow points down with steps to follow below. These steps can loop back from the final item in this lettered sublist if more evidence is required:
     1. Receive an email telling you the evidence you need to provide (Applicant action).
     2. Downward arrow to: "Gather your documents and scan them as one PDF file" (Applicant action).
     3. Downward arrow to: "Email scanned documents as soon as possible" (Applicant action).
     4. Downward arrow to: "Once we've received your documents, we aim to assess them within 5 working days" (GMC action).

   - If "Yes" an arrow points right to "Grant registration" (GMC action)

7. Downward arrow to: "Complete an ID check within 3 months of our invitation email" (Applicant action), which leads to a decision point.
   1. If the ID check is not completed within 3 months, an arrow points right to: "Application closed if ID check is not completed within 3 months" (GMC action), leading to: "A brand new application must now be submitted" (Applicant action).
   2. If the ID check is completed within 3 months, an arrow points  to: "Grant registration, if we can verify your ID document" (GMC action).
