You’ll need to provide:
- a fully completed application form
- your name, address and contact details. Where applicable, previous name if your current name does not match the name you qualified with
- information about your qualification including name of awarding institution and dates of study leading to the award of your qualification.
- a letter from the university that awarded your physician associate qualification which confirms the following about the course that led to the award of your physician associate qualification:
- The length of the course in years and clock hours
- Whether any part of the course was completed online
- The number of hours spent completing in-person clinical training
- Whether the in-person clinical training was overseen and approved by the university
- Whether the in-person clinical training included experience in the following areas:
- General practice
- Acute and emergency medicine
- General medical specialties
- Paediatrics
- Surgery
- Gynaecology
- Mental health
You'll also need to send copies of your:
- qualification
- passport
- evidence confirming you have held (or still hold) registration in the country where your qualification was awarded OR another country where the profession is regulated by law
- transcripts of course content
- certified translations of any documents not issued in English.
