As an administrator or designated representative of a PA and AA course provider, your role may include some of the tasks below:
- Sending us student data and photos to create GMC records for your students
- managing student data in our GMC Connect system before awards are issued
- submitting award information in our GMC Connect system.

You should use this form to tell us about contacts at your PA course provider who need access to GMC Connect for viewing or managing PA students and submitting award data.
APA2 form – AA course provider contacts and GMC Connect access
You should use this form to tell us about contacts at your AA course provider who need access to GMC Connect for viewing or managing PA students and submitting award data.
APA3 form – PA student data upload spreadsheet
You should you use this form when requesting GMC reference numbers for your final year PA students (you must also provide a jpg photo for each student).
