Approved Specialty Curriculum and Associated Assessment System 2010

Doctors wishing to undertake training in the specialty of Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgery must first complete 2 years of Specialty Training in a Core Surgical Training (CST) programme. From ST3 onwards training is specific to Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgery but the training to CCT requires the completion of both core and higher approved training.
