Once you have logged in, go to My Applications, then My Registration.
When you have confirmed that you want to proceed, you will be asked to confirm that your certificate details are correct.
Please check these carefully. After you have confirmed these details, you will not be able to change them.
If your certificate details are wrong, please give your correct details in the box provided.
If your completion of training date was more than six months before you apply, it is possible that we do not have a notification from your Royal College or Faculty on our records. This means that you may not be offered the option to make an application for entry onto the Specialist Register or GP Register with a CCT.
If, when you get to the Applications you can make page, you are not offered Entry onto the Specialist Register with a CCT or Entry onto the GP Register with a CCT, please email us at CCT@gmc-uk.org and tell us your GMC reference number, your specialty and your completion of training date.
Please do not make an application for Entry onto the Specialist Register with a CESR or Entry onto the GP Register with a CEGPR as these are not the applications you need.
Before we grant your application we will contact you and ask for evidence of your activities in the period since you qualified. We will ask you to provide the following evidence (originals or validated copies):
