  • Submission Date
  • Status
  • Investigation
    • A tick in this box means that this doctor is currently subject to a full GMC investigation*
  • Provisional enquiry
    • A tick in this box means that we have received information about this doctor that we do not feel requires a GMC investigation; however we are awaiting confirmation from employers*
  • Breach
    • A tick in this box means that the doctor is currently in breach of an existing condition or undertaking*
  • Sanction
    • A tick in this box means that the doctor has an active sanction on their registration. Please see our online register for more information on this doctor*
  • Date added (All Doctors, Recently Connected Doctors and Non-engagement Doctors screens only)
    • This is the date the doctor was added to your list
  • Added by (Recently Connected Doctors and Non-engagement Doctors screens only)
    • The name of the organisation who added the doctor
  • Responsibility
