You can access your login screen at any time at https://webcache.gmc-uk.org/sfts/
Username and password
You should already have been given your user name and you can access your unique password by contacting us.
Changing your password
You can change your password at any time by selecting the change password item on your main menu.
You will then be asked to enter your old password, as well as your new password (twice).
Then select update.
Once your password has been successfully changed, you will receive a message notifying you of the change at the top of the screen.
Keeping things secure
It’s worth considering a password that's complex and can’t be easily guessed as this is a secure file transfer service (SFTS). Your password should be at least seven characters long, and contain a mixture of uppercase, lowercase and numeric characters.
Forgotten password
If you forget your password, or get locked out of your account, please call us on 0161 923 6757 to request a password reset.
Suspended accounts
To keep your account safe if the incorrect password is entered multiple times it will result in your account being locked and suspended. Should this happen, you will need to contact us on 0161 923 6757 to have your account unlocked.
