What is the difference between a fixed penalty notice and a penalty notice for disorder?
Fixed penalty notices are usually given for road traffic offences, fare evasion and littering.
Penalty notices for disorder are usually given for alcohol & drug related offences, theft or damage of property and breaching the peace.
