What is an attestation?

We need each medical competent authority in the countries you have listed to confirm you are:

  • currently established
  • free from restrictions on exercising the profession, or criminal convictions.

This is otherwise known as an attestation.

You’ll need to complete and return a form

We need you to give us an attestation from any country in which you provide temporary and occasional medical services. You get this from each country's medical competent authority.

Once we get your declaration, we'll send you a form that covers all the information we need. We'll explain how to get this completed by each medical competent authority and how to sent it back to us.

You can find the contact details for each medical authority in our Contact database.
