This guide is for doctors who graduated in the EEA and hold a relevant European qualification. It explains how to apply for full registration with a licence to practise.

You are eligible for this route if you hold a relevant European qualification.

What is a relevant European qualification?

It is a European medical degree or specialist/GP qualification that was listed in annex V of the Directive of Recognition of Professional Qualifications as at 29 March 2019.
