From today, 29 May 2015, the recommendation statements for revalidation have been updated.
We wrote to all Responsible Officers and suitable persons on 26 May 2015 to tell them about these changes
These changes don’t affect your role in making recommendations for revalidation, and the three types of recommendations remain the same
