The approved and submitted* recommendation history includes:

recommendations of non-engagement.
*sometimes the final outcome of the doctor's current revalidation cycle will not be visible in the history view. For example, a recommendation of non-engagement may be approved. But the GMC then defers or approves their revalidation, because the doctor has since engaged in the processes such as appraisal.
The connection history will include all changes to the doctor's connection. This means that it will show any connections that have been made incorrectly by the doctor and then corrected.
