The national training survey is now live

The 2020 national training survey is open between 22 July and 12 August. Doctors in training and their trainers can take part. This year's survey includes questions on how the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has affected working experiences, training and wellbeing.

National training survey - Guide for doctors in training

Every year we run a comprehensive survey that gives you an opportunity to give confidential feedback on your training. As well as some of the usual questions we ask to make sure that training is meeting our standards, this year's survey also has new questions to help us understand how the pandemic has affected your training and wellbeing.

The survey results enable us to work with Health Education and Improvement Wales, Health Education England local teams, NHS Education for Scotland, and Northern Ireland Medical and Dental Training Agency, royal colleges and employers to explore issues, share good practice and help to develop supportive and inclusive training environments.
