Patient Liaison Service

If we decide to investigate your concern, we'll invite you to come in and talk through what's going to happen and answer any questions. If you'd like, you can bring someone to support you during the meeting. Once we've finished our investigation, we'll offer another meeting to talk with you about the outcome.

The meetings are held in our offices, in Belfast, Cardiff, Edinburgh, London and Manchester, and we'll reimburse reasonable travel costs for you and one supporter.

If you can't make the meetings in person, we can phone you instead.

Witness Support

You can get support from our independent support service at any time during our investigation. For more information please see the witness support guidance section.
