This is a free and confidential telephone support service run by the charity Victim Support, available to complainants, patients, witnesses and their families.
You can talk to them about how you’re feeling and what to expect. They can also signpost you to specialist support organisations.
To use this service, ask your point of contact to pass your details to them. You can also email them directly on email@example.com or call them on 0300 303 3709 (calls charged at local rates).
