We have updated our secure online system to make as easy as possible to manage your GMC registration through the internet.

Setting up an account is easy – more than 65,000 doctors are already using the system to manage their registration. You will need your GMC number and your email address, either the one you have already registered with us or the one you wish to register. You will also be asked to confirm some other personal information for example, your date of birth, to help us verify your identity.

You can use GMC Online to carry out a range of transactions including paying your fees and printing off receipts of payment; updating your contact details; and applying for entry to the Specialist or GP Register 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

GMC Online replaces MyGMC. If you had a MyGMC account, you can continue to use your existing login details for the new service.
