Help with opening PLAB blueprint

The PLAB blueprint .mht file will only display properly in Internet Explorer (version 5 or later).

To view the PLAB blueprint in any other browser, please download the PLAB blueprint .zip file. Then extract the .html file and the folder to any directory on your computer and open the .html file.
