GMC Online - e-communication preferences
You can receive some of our communications, notifications and documents direct to your email and mobile phone.
Currently we can send you the following:
email
- Annual retention fee bills
- Annual retention fee payment confirmation
- Reminders to pay your annual retention fee (if you don’t pay by Direct Debit)
- Confirmation of your restoration to the Register
- Confirmation of your voluntary erasure from the Register
- Confirmation of granting your licence to practise
- Confirmation of your relinquishing your licence to practise
SMS text message notifications
- Reminders to pay your annual retention fee (if you don’t pay by Direct Debit)
- Notification that an email has been sent about your restoration application
- Notification that an email has been sent about your voluntary erasure application
- Notification that an email has been sent about your licence to practise application
- Notification that an email has been sent about your request to relinquish your licence to practise.
To take advantage of these notifications, please make sure your email address and mobile number are up to date in GMC Online by clicking on Contact Details and then update your preferences by clicking on Communication Preferences. You can find both of these in the My Details section.
