Relatives, carers and partners – paragraph 29

  1. You must be considerate to relatives, carers, partners and others close to the patient, and be sensitive and responsive in providing information and support, including after a patient has died. In doing this you must follow the guidance in with Confidentiality: Protecting and providing information.
