Response to Concerns process

We will investigate any reported concerns according to our Response to Concerns process. Responses will be proportionate, and may range from local referral to written action planning or in cases where there is systematic and serious failure, a triggered visit.

Please note that if there are local processes in place to deal with reported concerns, we will refer appropriately. We cannot interfere with any locally-taken decisions in relation to individuals.
