Collection by individual trainee

We are currently implementing a new method of collecting exam data. The proposal for this project was first presented to the Academy of Medical Royal Colleges Assessment Committee on 18 October 2012 and the papers presented to the Committee are attached below (the proposal, briefing note and two annexes).
