The GMC shares with Deaneries via GMC Connect a list of the specialty including GP and training posts and programmes it has approved - including academic clinical fellow and clinical lecturer approvals, and GP trainer approvals.

We share information on programme approvals, academic clinical fellow and clinical lecturer approvals, and GP trainer approvals. If you have questions about the approved programmes in your local deanery, please send an information request to quality@gmc-uk.org.

Information on GP trainer approvals and access to GP trainer approval data 

Any recently submitted changes for which the GMC does not have complete applications (that is, lack of evidence of College support) will not be reflected. While all training is encompassed in the training numbers provided, there may be changes in training type/mode and/or numbers at the deanery level.
